Picked up this super cool ladies 800 Silver pocket watch converted to a trench watch style at an estate sale. Probably used by some Frenchmen German flapper at the turn of the century. Engraved E Riss Strasbourg which I believe was the retailer in Germany as that is where Strasbourg was until the end of WWI. Best thing is it runs! You are spot on. I bet there would be a lot of interest in it in NYC. I’m keeping it for my collection at least for now.
