Last week sent email to Garrett explaining i having trouble finding couple parts for my ATX, and my AT pro, online.. i just received reply, they are sending me parts i needed, as courtesy, and no charge!!! Renews my faith in folks, and businesses, Thank you Garrett !!!

I have had similar great treatment from Garrett before. Good company.

I also had similar treatment from the firm with my AT Pro when the shaft locks got cemented stuck from not cleaning after ocean hunting. My mistake. They sent me new twist locks and told me to cut the old one off with a dremel disk. Which I did and all worked out fine. This was a no charge service from Garrett.

They were great with me here too when I had the 24k. Sent me a new middle shaft with cam lock, the original cam lock wasn't fitted right. And a new armrest when mine broke and I just sent a message about how much a new one was. They were great 👍
A company here I wont name when I had a shaft issue told me to buy a new one 🫤
