Probably agate or carneol. Could also be smokey quartz.

A real good friend, former Chief of CID at the local Air Force base chipped points, both arrow and lance, knives and blades, from everything he could fine. He made these for me from clear window glass, Ruby Glass, and a type of striped verigated glass. This guy was good at chipping points.
