Some people have crazy collections. Before I quit my recent job, due to medical reasons, I was the one in the company to dispose of the by-products of building modular homes. I came across quite a few knots.... and saved some.

Faces (retouched)
Snake and Alligator (un-retouched, honest)

This is definitely one of the most different types of collection on TNet. ;D
 

Yep, they're different. The next to the last pic, looks like a flattened out rat. ;D I love the natural beauty of wood and like seeing the different "faces" you imagine them to be.

Speaking of rats, I saw 3 squirrels sunbathing today. You know, those that are in the street, soaking up the sun... forever? TTC
 

terry C those are "sail squrriels" -- once theor good and dried out--- poor kids grab em by their tails and sling em like frissbees
