This is from a friend of mine, and I don't want to defend anyone, sorry if it does. He
just wants some info about it.. Its a KKK medillion of some sort.. My friend wants to
know what all the wording and numbers stand for, We know 1919 is a date.. VI is a
roman number for 6, But what does 1-29 I, stand for and B.S. is for?? A old lady he
knows give it to him.

Biker knock-off of a German Iron Cross medal of WWI (originals of WWI were dated 1914. The war ended in 1918).

Put as much offensive material in one place as possible to attract attention.

The real KKK crosses that I have seen are rotated on a 45 degree angle and the cross is embossed on a square of metal. Most of the time, silver.

nothing about it looks old to me, I don't know anything about klan stuff, but just the look of it reminds me of cheap Chinese made "repro" Third Reich medals I saw back in the 80's and 90's.

Looks like it might be a metal commemorating prohibition like mentioned before, the klan was very big into the tempance movement.
