After hearing of the (3)cent piece being found at the cache site I haven't been able to stay away from it. Still no old coins lately, other than a 46 wheat, but I did manage a few more trinkets. The first item, I believe, is possibly a hat badge? It measures, " 2-18 x 1-1/8 " and seems to be made of copper with a gold gilding. I hate to be a pest, but any help with an ID on it would be greatly appreciated. I tried the google thing and after looking at a few thousand different badges I still had no luck with an ID...
The next item is a R.O.T.C. badge from Arsenal Technical High School. You can see a pic of the arsenal, that's on the badge, at this site: http://www.athsalumni.org/
