Well we went back down To the northeastern Wyoming/Colorado border to try and get a piece of hematite I had seen a few weeks back, we never made it back to the hematite because we stumbled across what we think is kimberlite. Any input on if we are actually learning and are correct would be awesome. lol Thanks. I'm sorry, but I didn't see anything there that looked like kimberlite. The material on the upper left in the last pic looked somewhat like it, in that it was solid groundmass, but no pyrope garnets, and no chrome diopside.
You want to see some pinkish purple pyropes, and some kelly green chrome diopside crystals.

I agree with Jim. What I'm seeing looks like granite. If you go back knock a fresh chunk outta the wall for an interior view. The black material remindes me of hornsblende.

The colors still don't look right to me. The green doesn't have the aspect of chrome diopside, either. CD has longish, narrow fracture.

Certianly a mix. Yes those are some better pictures. My best guess still pushes me to a metamorphic material but not kimberlite. The new pictures show a lot of altered garnet, micro crystalline and altered quartz and the green puts me in mind of micro crystalline epidote. You do have a young garnet in that quartz vug :) but I bet its pretty tiny. A bit of scratching and you may come up with some larger crystals.

Just judging by the shape of the crystals, maybe green garnets? Pyrope? Almandine? It doesn't look like kimberlite, but it looks cool!

Thanks everyone! Yes that bigger nodule does look greener up close. It is pretty awesome and will be doing lots of scratching [emoji16]

I'd say DD is on to something with the granite. Keep a look out for pegmatite.
