Which country are you from, the coin looks to be real...pictures a bit blurry, but it looks like a Constantine 1st.

That is cool. Hope it turns out to be the real deal. I found a Morgan Dollar in the grocery store in the in the mid 80's so I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.

Its cool either way!

And I guess that this proves that the Romans came to the America's and parked in the parking lot long before Europeans came here, right??!!:dontknow::laughing7:

They might be a lot more truth in that Frank, than we really know, it's quite feasible that Roman traders could have been blown of course, shipwrecked, and stranded in the Americas.

About 10 years ago I bought and cleaned some roman coins outside my house. My wife was digging next to rock where I cleaned them and dug one up I lost. I forgot about it until she called me at work said she had made an awesome find.... I still have not told her because she is really proud of it since I keep it in my display..... she also found a mercury dime in a purse she bought at a thrift store... and get this.... I found a mercury dime the same day, that is a coinincident. Strange things happen, Looks 100% real to me.

Caryl,
Right you are: Brass ring with adjustable bands has small images on each side. One is Froggy the Gremlin and the other is Midnight the Cat. Ring top has high relief portraits of Buster Brown and Tige. The radio show Smilin' Ed's Buster Brown Gang started in 1944 and this ring is c. late 40s.
Don........

Yeap real enough. Now your oldest find....

Sounds like there is more to the story? Did you just trip over this Roman coin then find it after kicking it across lot? Eyeball find? Did you detect anymore in the area that you first made contact?

i wasnt sure what it was it had some sand on it looked like a slug so i just gave it alittle kick and saw it was a coin ,the other stuff in the pic i found behind the warehouse i was walking through thats about it just a lucky find for me someone probaly had it in there pocket as a lucky coin..

People pay big money to fly on the other side of the pond to find something like that! You should of ran to the lottery machine and played the other day while you were on fire! haaaaa lol
Nice find, little better then your UFO's
