I just bought this lamp a week ago at a little charity shop. Being these had been made since the mid 19th century with little change, I was wondering if it is mid to late 19th or early 20th C or later?. I viewed it before in this shop and it had a tag price of $45.00. The day I bought it everything was on sale at half price on what they said was household items, so it cost me $24.44 with tax. I really like the style of it and the bronze pillar has beautiful aged patina mounted to a dark marble base with a threaded stud and square nut. The tank is a white bubbly glass and translucent not like milk glass. The burner only says Queen Anne, which is a name for the size and type burner and Made in America in the knob. The burner could be a later replacement from the original. To me I think it has an Egyptian revival of the victorian era in design. It's a great working lamp, with some lamp oil added. The right size chimney I had in my stash to put on it.
