Kelly perfect axe?

I found this yesterday. It looks like a Kelly perfect axe but there is no makers mark on it.

Any ideas?

Looks like the makers mark is there, just hidden under the rust. Some electrolysis or a soak in vinegar should bring it out.

Nice one. I'd clean it up and put a handle on it, even if I never intended to use it.
