I'm in the market for a working Keene 151 with the blower. My budget is $650. I've seen them listed in my area for that price when I didn't have the money. So now that I have the money, of course I don't see any! Id like to get this setup asap.

When you write that you do not see any, where are you looking? How far from home are you willing to drive to take a look? If searching online, what are your search terms? I did a few searches using various search terms and found several within several hours of San Bernadino. Most listed between $900 and $1200.
