Just wanting some opinions on this!!

I found several things today and wanted to get everyone's opinion on them. I'm not sure if they are artifacts or if my imagination is getting the best of me!! Thanks!!
This rock is shaped like an axe head. It's has a smooth spot that looks polished on the top and bottom and it appears to be grooved.

Is that it's natural color or is it stain like from a creek? It does have an interesting shape to it.

Looks like a geofact to me.

Its a water stained flint nodule. They come in that shape but yours hasnt been worked so just natural. Break it open but wear glasses.
