so i'm sure we've all heard about the immigration decision by the Supream court. If my understanding is correct...the premise on which they made their decision is that States can't inact law's that supercede or go above what is already inplace by the federal govt.


so under this ruleing....would that not apply to our situation...IE...Cal. moritorium and complete disreguard of the federal mining laws?


P.S. a can't spell worth a hill of beans :)

That is an interesting observation though I do not know if it would hold up for us in a court "of law" seeing as how "those in power" are doing what they want in courts of law. Maybe someone involved with the Jefferson Mining District will take a look at this and go "HMMMMmm"!............63bkpkr
 

Sounds crazy I know but Far worse is the total legitimazation of paid for politicians with as much cash as the *&^%$#@ can pocket-good by america and hello Amerika now approved by the Supreme aholes-John
