Just purchased a brand new Whites MXT...

I just purchased a brand new Whites MXT with the Eclipse 950 coil on it.
These items were included..

Whites super 12 coil $249.95

Whites Eclipse Shooter DD coil $149.95

KOSS Whites E-Series 9000 headphones $99.95

The detector alone retails for $799.95..I paid $800 for everything.. Just wondering how I did and did I get a good deal ? Last question, Is the Whites MXT a good metal detector ?

You got a great deal and yes its a great detector, I wouldn't trade mine for 3 of any other detector. The D2 coil is awesome paired with the MXT. HH

the MXT is a Great detector your going to love it. I found some nice silver with mine.

Thank you for the replies. I researched for a month or so. Became a member of Treasure Net, and so many of you had many things to say about the Whites products. But the MXT seemed to get more positive comments than any other. Those comments from you all was the reason I bought the MXT. I can not wait to get out and start using it..I needed a hobby. Now I have one. My dad and brother both have metal detectors. It will be fun to get out with them and make a day of this awesome hobby..And the family time will be a plus....God Bless.....

So it's a been a couple months since you last posted about buying your MXT, what are your thoughts now?
Hope it's all workin well for you!
I have had my MXT for a month or so and I have to say it is incredible how accurate it is when reading targets.
