Just joined a club

.....too bad it's a pretty lame club. Lol.
Found my first S mintmark dime. 1976-s really nice condition but not AG. Still nice find just looking through a handful of dimes watching the Falcons Cowboys game.

Did you edge search and find it or did you look at the fronts?

I've found a few as well, they're not common. I can usually pluck the nicer ones out rim searching only.

I got a solid roll of 2003 S clad :(. Was in its original roll from the mint.. sold for $45 on feebay.

If you don't mind me asking, what do proof edges look like compared to business strike? I have yet to find a proof in circulation. Pictures would be helpful, if possible.

Very thick, very shiny, very sharply reeded. Hard to show in a picture.

I VERY rarely date check dimes. I was out of my mind bored and after sending 1k through my Ryedale I grabbed a handful out of the clad box and sat down to watch the game. Like the 10th dime I checked was 1976-S LOL
