My favorite teller called to tell me someone brought in 10 rolls of halves today. She said they looked like they were unopened rolls from the fed. I'm thinking that someone carefully opened them and carefully closed them back up. Nope they were unopened rolls of 1993P. I opened one to make sure. Do I send them back to the wild or is there a premium for uncirculated rolls of halves?
