Struck out on silver today, but my last couple of stops yielded some cool finds. After ordering another box of halves from my favorite teller, I asked her what WFs foreign coin policy is, hoping that I could potentially buy some that had been found by employees, which obviously can't be put back in rolls or given out to customers. She told me that the bank didn't accept or exchange any foreign currency, and just as I was about to walk out, she fished in her tray, held out her hand, and gave me 6 Danish 2Kroners, 2 Canadian quarters, 1 no cash value token, 1 Euro, and 1 Dutch Guilder. "No idea what these are, but they've been sitting in my tray for ages, so you can have them.
Then I stopped at the grocery store to pick up some stuff, and discovered that someone forgot to take their coinstar rejects. No silver, but I got $0.36, another Canadian quarter, and a Canadian nickel.
