Walking nine blocks of parkway they roto-tilled to landscape after the recent sidewalk/curb work. Good old Walnut ave. Unfortunately, they tilled the top 3" up only and that only made the deep stuff much deeper. Gonna go back after they shave the till and prep the lower dirt for the new sod, only clad in the top 3", which is now about 8".
They got a mean crew at this site, the guy has taken a swipe at me with the gradall bucket before. But there's about 18 blocks of old parkway (counting both sides of the street) and that's motivation.
