found this at a small used nic nack store with alot of older things,got curious so i got it.
any idea on the culture/origin/time period on this? and what does this symbol mean,my luck its American lol.

Any marks on the inside? Look like a mans ring from the photo. Sorry, no clue on the symbol.

Looks Tibetan.

No markings on the inside,but there is an imprint where the symbol is "stamped" from the outside.
the edges are rough and the ring looks very imperfect "rough" and is very thin.

Alright,i found it thanks to ARRC,it is Tibetan Buddhist,and is the letter 'a which translates into "om" which is part of a prayer or "mantra" and om means a prayer to the Gods,to remove bliss and pride. thanks guys
