Overall measures 6" X 2-1/2". The notch is 3-1/2" X 5/8". I found it in a plowed field near a water hole.

I was told that it's a long shot but that it might possibly be a atlatl preform. Anyway, it's going to go in the garden with other interesting finds!

It looks like more than a rock to me,those straight lines,look like they've been cut?,Take the rock to your local college and see what they say?

Rock.......... Seen a lot of rocks in Missouri that looked like they were kids building blocks......

When I moved from Missouri back to Florida I left a huge rock garden with hundreds of neat rocks, as well as hundreds of broken points.....I just couldn't move all of them. I did bring a 300 pound piece of petrified wood, (log) that I found and rolled over a hundred yards to get it close to a road so I could bring it home. I got it to the truck and tried to put it the truck, that is when I realized just how heavy it was, I had to get 2 friends to help me lift it, it took 3 of us to lift it.

When I moved to Florida the moving company about had a cow when I told them it was coming with me......
