Jump Wings sweetheart braclet?

I found this when they trenched for some phone lines when my DFX was in the shop using my buddies 250. It's obviously for a woman since the bracelet is such a small dia. I saw some similar but was wondering just what it was?! I think it's my coolest find, although i still love the gold.

Any ideas?
