John Brennan's unprecedented swearing-in

John Brennan is the first office holder sworn based on our original Constitution of 1787. Without amendments. I believe other members of congress have sworn also to the original Constitution. This is good news.

With the demise of corporate America, our new government is be based on the 1787 Constitution. Without the bill-of-rights which may or may not be added later. The PTW (powers that were) pretend the obsolete one is still legal but it isn't. All elected officials actions will be according to our original Constitution. Soon all the Washington politicians will either be with the new program or looking for a job.

I have been told that all congress have been sent before a Supreme Court judge and told this would happen. Could be why some old timers opted out of re-election. Some went into hiding. I believe some may be under house arrest pending further legal actions.

Many highly visible people have look-alikes and I'm told some have actual Clones. Similar in appearance but shot full of the same DNA as the host. Rumors are Bush senior had the treatment in Switzerland for five million dollars. Recharged with his same DNA. Sounds strange indeed but why not. The first cloned person was not a sheep called Dolly but a young lady with strong genetic background. She is still alive.

The Bill of Rights was conspicuously absent as part of the Constitution used during the swearing-in ceremony of John Brennan as our CIA Director.

A Freudian slip? An intentional oversight? Or the end of accountability in our federal intelligence services? Please see my important update below ā€“ Mat.

Last Friday, in a private ceremony conducted by Vice President Joe Biden, John Brennan was sworn in as our Director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

But Brennanā€™s ceremony was different ā€“ quite different ā€“ from those of his predecessors.

First, John Brennan chose not to place his left hand on a Bible, which, as Iā€™m sure you know, is the traditional ceremonial format for taking a solemn oath.

Now-Secretary Brennan instead chose to place his left hand on an original draft of the Constitution from 1787. Brennan made the request to the National Archives because, as the White House reported, ā€œhe wanted to reaffirm his commitment to the rule of law as he took the oath of office as Director of the CIAā€¦ā€

The catch is, that draft of the Constitution did not contain the Bill of Rights. In other words, John Brennan swore to uphold the Constitution on a draft copy that didnā€™t include some of the most important guarantees of our individual freedoms ā€“ the first ten amendments to the Constitution, known as the Bill of Rights, which were ratified in 1791.

No freedom of speechā€¦ no establishment of religion clauseā€¦ no right to bear armsā€¦ no law against unreasonable searches and seizuresā€¦. no guarantees to a speedy and public trial were in the Constitution draft upon which John Brennan swore.
