I haven’t sat down for one in 20 years, and yeah, I’m nervous to say the least.
Not much riding on this gig, except for walking away from my career, my new house mortgage, my animals, my life, and my marriage.
If I don’t get the position, we’ll literally be homeless on May 3, which is the closing on my house.

So this whole saga of me leaving Florida, and relocating to a happily ever after is in full swing.
I’ve been asked, where I’m moving too...
Mountain Maryland
A few acres, on a lake, streams, woods, nice little house, 5 miles from town. Middle of nowhere, but as close to paradise as we can find.
25 years in New England, 25 in Florida, time for a change.

Good luck interviewing tomorrow. I hope you get the position and everything works out perfectly.

Job Interview Tomorrow

How did it come to be there?

How did it come to be there?

It’s our happy place
In-laws live in Garrett County, we’ve been going there for years, and love it there...
I’ve always wondered how and why people live there.... now I’m about to find out.

Good luck with that. I'm sure it will all work out. The in-law thing, though. Ugh.

Seasons come and go and so we begin new ones with high hopes and expectations. Sure hope it all works out great for you there. Being happy is a good thing, so many aren't.

Good Luck Dave, nothing ventured, nothing gained, or the higher the risk the higher the reward... Recon you detected FL and cleaned her out and now invading to plunder the North.

I hear if you have any sort of catchment system for rain they will tax your rain water out that way, is that true?

No clue..I’ve heard something to that effect, but way low on my list of things to learn.

I was born and raised in Hagerstown. Left there in 1969 to join the Navy. Ended up here in south Georgia and will most likely be here until I die. Are you near Frostburg?

Man I respect you and the misses. Big move equal big rewards. Good luck on the interview my friend and your new place sounds like heaven on earth.

Wishing You The Best On The Interview Dave!

New job helps you advance. You’ll be ok! Just make sure you’re interviewing him (or her) as you’re being interviewed.
Good luck today!

Good luck brother.

Good luck Dave, that's a mighty busy area up there. Worked a project up there for 5 months, lived near Great Falls. Traffic......

I am 30 miles west of Frostburg, 3 miles from WV, 3/4 mile from PA, I can’t be anymore north or west of the Maryland border.
