Jew's harp

Any of you guys found a jew's harp of this design, with the large bow? This one's about 2 1/4" long. Just trying to put a date on it. I'm digging a homesite that seems to date to the 1830's, maybe earlier. This harp wasn't found at the homesite, but was within a few hundred yards, on the same hilltop.

I don't know, sort of resembles this one.I've looked at old ones and new ones and i've seen the wide examples in each.I don't know if it's possible to date it by the size of the bow.Does it look like the ends are rusted off, looks awful short? Here's a link of pictoral archives you can check out-http://www.jewsharpguild.org/paindx.htmlThis one is pre ww2-
