Jaw Bone Id Needed

I found this at low tide , Midcoast Maine . It doesn't seem to be from a fish . Any ideas ?

OK, so I might have substituted "Sea Horse" where the chicken belonged. I can't imagine de-boning enough sea horses to get a pound of meat... since I can't even de-bone a haddock. :P A Sea Cow (Manatee) on the other hand I might be able to manage.

A bit fatty...

Its not so hard deboning the seahorse's....its lasso-ing them first that is the trick
