My kid found this when walking on a trail in north California. I love rocks but need a lot of education about them myself

1. Does not bubble when apply lemon juice. Looks like Chert/Flint, but some jasper's picture looks like it too. Also notice the tiny bubbles appear in one of the layers, is that another clue that it should be Chert (since chert is sedimentary rock)

3. Quartz lines... Jasper? Granite?
4. Looks sedimentary...
