Keep Diggin :icon_thumleft:

@ elb....!! Lol....it did look like a head!! Good eye!! The one that looked like it has a hat?? Omg....time to investigate!!

The thing with the Hat yes.
Could be a interesting Relic.
How are you liking the Compadre?

keep your tetnas shots up to date.

Yes, I do Ty. @ elb.....I love it! I have learned to know it very well....& have found it works just as good in big areas....just has a smaller coil. My dad's the one that told me about it after he found a silver cross necklace @ a park. He was right...it's a stud! I'd marry it if I could...lol

Adrian, looks like you sure are enjoying the spoils of the hunt. A few still shots of the finds would help to ID them. The large washer with the small hole is a fender washer. They were used to attach fenders to cars like the "T". If that is the same location as the last , you were right the Cimarron cutoff of the Santa Fe trail comes down fromColorado near the Kansas border and goes to NM. I have read many stories of raids on wagon trains going down that trail, but most were in NM. I think the last 100 miles of that trail going into Santa Fe got hit the worst. Frank

There you are Frank! Yes, same location, but from Sunday. I'm going back tomorrow & can't wait! I'll be letting you know what I find....because I WILL find something!!

Well Adrian it sure looks like you are having fun with your finds. Can not wait to see what else you find. Good luck on your next hunt......Matt
