There's a few here who do have experience with Jadeite but whats your question. If your looking for what its worth that'd have to be between you and the buyer~ a rock is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

Find out its hardness and if possible a specific gravity. Just looking at the picture I'll say its possible, got a good color and sheen, otherwise someone who works with lapidary or a dealer in jade would be of help.
