Stopped at my bank to cash a check and spotted several halves in the tray. Asked if I could look at them . The cashier handed them to me. I kept $ 6.00 worth just to watch a store clerks reaction when I hand a half to them 
But, then the cashier told me that an older lady had brought a roll of dimes in and cashed them in. The casher spotted a Merc on top and became curious. After a bit she opened the roll da dooooom. It was a pure silver roll dating back to early 1900s
She called the lady and asked her to come back to the bank. She ten advised the lady to please take the roll back and take it home as it was valuable. I continued to talk to the cashier and I've got her lined up to call me if any more goodies come in. And, oh- another reason the cashiers are watching is because there is a lot of stolen change being turned in for bills.
