I've seen one of these before.
It was given to a Simplot Employee for having a good safety record or for completing Simplots Employee Safety Course.

Most likely given out in Caldwell, Idaho in the late 1940's or early 50's.

I had several relatives that worked for Simplot, one of my uncles had a silver round very much like this one, that was .999+ fine silver, it was given to him by Jack "JR" Simplot... The owner of the Simplot Company.
