Would anyone know how old this button is? I can't find anything online about it. Thanks! 20171204_202528.webp

I think i found the answer. Looks like they came from a pair of Bib overalls from the 40's.

I would like to see the back of the button, but I believe the button came from St. Louis made by the Marx & Haas clothing company as early as 1893 they have had a brand of pants called "Jack Rabbit" that were produced through at least 1910.IMG_1441.webp

It looks like Marx and Haas made nice Men's Trousers. I don't think they would have a button like that on a pair of trousers but i could be wrong.

Sure could be a turn of the century snap button, these buttons were not easily removed from the garment...was it found in a trashy area? Full of nails?
If so...it could be a burned home site and other buttons could found near the one you found

It was found near a house that was probably built around 1910-1920's. It wasn't trashy at all. The button was beside the house by itself.
