J.E.B. Stuart sword hanger

found this sword hanger on our land in northern virginia.....i tossed it into my bucket not thinking much about it and almost tried to bend it "back into shape".....found out later what it was and am so glad i didn't bend it "out of shape"....we are new to virginia, coming from maine and i am really loving the relics i am finding....

i have found several....lots of horse items....buckles, horseshoes, bit, rosette....eagle coat button....another button that i can't identify...i have that posted......spur.....revolver.....the list keeps growing
