Coin Shooter, I feel sorry for you and I would like to trade you out of that junk.
Now I have the older Spectrum painted green with weed eater stickers on it with an amp and speaker. Sounds just like a weed eater. It will get you in hunting all kinds of public places till you get caught. Oops! Sorry, I got a buyer on EBay.

I can tell the truth now, sounds great, hope you get some good weather and can get out there and find some good stuff. Gnewt

Thank you all for the good advice and the good wishes.
I have been reading the manual online for about a week before it even arrived.
As soon as I can get the camera back from my daughter, I will be posting some pics of a few finds made in the last three months of 2007.
One I’m sure is nothing, but have no idea what it could be.

This is not accurate to the ounce, but I have a seca balance scale, it is the type they use in doctors offices. I just put it on there to get your answer, it says 4.5 pounds.

Didn’t dig anything but I did swing it a little in the yard this evening and it feels heaver than the old CZ7.
