It's coming!

I'm stationed up on Powder River Pass, to give early warning on changing weather conditions. We had a major winter storm front sweep down from Canada overnight! This system should blanket most of the western states then move across the nothern 2/3rds of the country. I posted the photo to show the heavy accumulations of snow this system will be bringing. Check your local weather stations for further updates!

looks like youre gonna have to wait a while before you can get out again. i heard about this storm on the news.....think warm thoughts!

I'll send updates as long as i am able. It is common for the power lines to go down during these bad storms. We are well stocked with provisions for these types of things.

Is that your occupation? Unless you are socked in with a really hot chick, a case of champagne and a lot of good books, that job could be a killer! You could be brain dead by spring! Just kidding I hope you know. Seriously, is that your job? If so, how do you deal with being socked in by the weather for long priods of time? I'd go stir crazy and wind up like Jack Nicholson in that movie about the family that was marooned in the old Hotel up on the Mountain. Here's Jimmy! Monty

That's where ya gotta think positive. Dropped items under ski lifts, gold rings from cold fingers, sled hills with money all over, no more mowing the lawn, etc.

You hit a couple of good points Monty, I'm probably brain dead already check my other posts! To relieve boredom I'm taking an online creative writing course thru TNET univeristy.
