It's About Time
It'a about time something goes good for the California prospectors we are allowed to Underwater suction mining. Read the article on Blacksheep Mining facebook page and with their help and Motherlode prospector facebook page this is the interpatation about the ruling. Would like to hear anyone elses thought on their interpatation of the ruling

1.) suction material from river/stream bed into a catch container (buckets, garbage cans, truck bed, etc)
2.) NO SLUICE BOX CAN BE WITHIN 100yrds WHILE SUCTIONING
3.) You can process material at site (make sure the suction hose is 100 yrds from sluice)
4.) Obey all local laws
5.) And never say the dreded "D" (dredging) word if asked what your doing
