Its a Sad Day........

It is a sad day...... They are laying the concrete to the last part of the sidewalk as I type. I wanted to make a total finds post for that location. This spot has giving up some old coins and I wanted to pay it one last respect. Most of these have been posted but some has not. This site has produced many first for me. Enjoy!

1. My second Seated and very nice Carson City dime! 1877

2. My first Barber. 1899

3. 1876 Canadian Large Cent.

4. Civil War Store Card. Very nice find! 1863.

5. Quebec Bank Token, Penny. 1852.

6. My first Seated. 1886.

7. My first Shield Nickel. 1868.

8. Canadian Silver Dime 1912

9. My 3rd seated dime. 1868. She is worn, thin, and almost gone but its a seated and she is silver!

10. 11 ugly little Indians. Always beautiful to the finder though!

I will make another post of some of the relics I recovered. As Always thanks for looking everyone! This was my best detecting area ever. I sure hope to find another one like this someday. Thanks for letting me share this experience with all of you.
