Yes it was . Just a fab day in Central N.Y. Sunny and a crispy fall day ground was perfect.

Started messing with the relic mode today on the V3i . picked up about 30 -40 pull tabs and other junk . Also got some nice religious stuff . The cross is marked sterling 925. The medal is old and may have been gold plated . no markings other than ITALY. 1937 merc dime .nic it on the dig but very nice . Also found 10 wheats 1917, 29, 36-d, 3)1941 , 2) 41 1943 steely 1955. and a small heart. About 60 coins in all . Just one of those days you did not want to end . The four-letter word is forecasted for thurs. I sure hope not enjoy and HH Rob :coffee2:

Awsome finds my friend Let me kick off the messages, god bless all your digs as he will mine also... Nice silver :icon_thumright: freddy

Thanks for the link Swartzie . I have found smaller ones in silver , never knew the story behind the medal. The wording around Mary is exact . The date and all the symbols are the same. I hope the days stay free of the white stuff . I seem to understand this machine the more and deeper iI play with all the features . Truly a remarkable piece of equipment . HH Thanks for your responses Rob :coffee2:
