It says Newburch NY looks like a lid of some sort

There is Newburgh NY I never heard of Newburch. I would say something happened to the G? Look close, maybe Its a start.

Robert please take a picture of the underside with a coin or ruler for size reference and post it. Any details as to where it was found and what you found nearby would help also.

It is the size of a quarter and has nothing in the back side. It was found at a 1929 house that also had a victorian house before that. There was also a Civil War camp there.

Im guessing a cover for facile cream or a milk bottle cap..

I think it is "NEWBURGH, NY"

The Costa Beverage Co. was there as were many, many other bottling plants. It's on the Hudson River.

Bottle cap of some kind I think a wire type thing was where those 2 holes are to help remove the top

Don't know what it is but it looks like Aluminum, which would mean it probably is early 1900s or newer. Could be silver though. How does it feel weightwise? Like is it especially heavy or light or just "normal"?
