I went out hunting the hillsides today with Hunt buddy Rob (TNET andre1002) in search of fertile ground with gifts worthy of posting. We spent hours in a spot that produced a Ox Shoes and a Vintage license plate. Then we wondered to some nearby rolling hills that we had not yet been, getting our much needed workout. The hits became more scarce with each hill then each step. I wondered upon some brush and stuck my coil under for some shade? My MXT Pro screams Bloody Freakin' Murder. I stick my digger under the brush, and just below the leafs, I drag out this Gold Rush Era shovel appears, identical in design to the one I found on Feb 9, 2014. ( http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/401295-gold-rush-era-shovel-more.html ). I couldn't freakin' believe it. Funny how I'm finding the shovel that once dug for the gold, but not the gold itself, dang it dang it. Nonetheless, What a excellent historical find.
