It caught my eye

So I only had to work a half-day today so I decided to stop at a Goodwill that I haven't been to in a while because of work where I found some pretty good stuff this caught Mayeye as I was leaving the store can't tell if it's the real one or reproduction so for $10 I decided to take the chance all the ones that I found online that say that they are real have the same markings as this and this one has a sticker on the back I was wondering if somebody might have put it in a cheap frame to make it look like a reproduction still trying to do some research trying to find out how to identify the difference any help would be great thank

Size is all wrong 31x24

Isn't it great that many items in second hand stores can be checked on line instantaneously through your "I" phone.
I picked up 3 orginal Harley Davidson Plates by checking them on line first.
