It Ain't Pretty But Its Silver
Hunted a local township park today which has several baseball & soccer fields and a concession stand. Muggy, in the low 80s, but cloudy with a slight breeze, so it was tolerable weather. First 10 minutes and I hit a target with a VDI of 82 at 4.5 inches deep in my modified DFX coin program . Out pops my 7th silver ring of 2008, but it's missing the stone. I gathered the dirt from the hole and about an inch surrounding. Sifted through all that dirt for about 20 minutes, but no stone
Oh well, it's still a silver ring 
. Nothing else special dug during the 3 hour hunt. Found 70 coins for $6.56 total in clad. This was my 14th hunt in July during which I've dug 533 coins and I'm experiencing some pain in my right shoulder, so I'm taking a few days off from hunting
