Is this the original lithic?

Over a year ago I found an amazing projectile point in my horse pasture. No one has been able to identify the type of lithic material it is made from. Last week, I found what I believe might be an identical lithic match near our creek. It is about five or six acres away from where I found the point. It appears to be a large preform. My question is, what is the type of rock? It was found on our farm in northwest Georgia. Having faith someone will know what this is

Both are quartz (SiO2); same lithic unit ...... possibly (considering variation and chemical segregation). Same material ....... yes.​
