Is this soapstone?

I bought this today. I'm thinking its soapstone. Haven't been able to find another one like it. But the person I bought it from said if you put a light underneath it glows green.











Got These too.











Flower bookends are soapstone. Abacus is old but it's missing couple beads. And the earrings are 14 K White Ivory.

The stuff was at our fleamarket here in town. The guy was still setting up when I bought everything for 15 bucks. I also bought yesterday another pair of 14K earrings from him for three dollars. So I'm doing some research on some other stuff he had and going back here shortly to get more!

So I went back and bought two brass cigar ash trays







And also this ring that the guy said was plated but it's 14 karat gold. I could read the 585 inside he said it was written GP in there but it's 585 not GP!!



It's 3 grams.

It is alabaster. I've seen them with a sticker that says made of genuine alabaster before.
