Is this Roman or am i high?

Hi Guys, have just made this find and would be happy to hear your opinions about it. I am pretty sure its a fragment of a roman bracelet or something like that but am not sure and would really appreciate some of the Pro´s to have a look. Thanks.

The other thing is some kind of pottery or bone fragment with carvings on it. bye GA

Pieces of a Roman Choker type necklace maybe strung with leather or a fine woven mesh chain that didn't survive or it was torn off a persons neck . IMHO ,
