🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Is This Piece of Quartz an Indian Artifact?

I was digging in an area known for Native American activity. I found a few clay pipe stem fragments, an 1859 fat cent, and a old gilded button, but I also found this piece of quartz that seemed out of place.

The edges are all tapered sharp. Is this a stone tool or is it just a rock that got smashed around by nature?

Hard to tell on that Quartz, It's pretty beat up. Most likely just natural.

The pipestem, Indian and old button are nice. The writing on the button back might be able to be made readable.
