Is this hand ax late Paleo or Early Archaic?

I always thought it was made of Vera Cruz, PA jasper, then learned it was maybe Newark, DE, jasper, but have now found it the jasper quarry was only about 7 miles away from where I found it along the Chesapeake, so for now I'll call it "Harford Jasper". I know the general area the jasper is located.

Anyway, I have posted some pics from various angles. It is apparently "right handed". So....do you think it's late Paleo or early archaic? Thanks for looking. I found this in 1970. A Home Depot sits on the spot now.

Tough on stuff like that. I find a lot of cores on my fluted point site like that, but it could certainly be younger.

Horsehoof, Horse’s hoof, or D shape core is one of the paleo styles.

What type points where found on the site? Anything Paleo?

Unfortunately, I was late to the party, and never found a point, just this! Yes, one or two paleo points were found there. Very short fluted Clovis points from what I remember. It was a very long time ago.
