What you appear to have is a conglomerate called "puddingstone", it's basically a bunch of rocks and sediment cemented together over many many years to form a solid new form of rock, I doubt it contains gold but it's also possible that it may contain a little bit of gold depending on the geology of where it was formed, if it was formed in an area with placer gold deposits then if could very well contain some gold, the only way to determine if it does is to crush it up and pan out the resulting material to see if there's any gold.

What puddingstone looks like varies greatly depending on the type of gravels and sediments that make up each deposit.
