is this a silver roman? if so who and when?

its a right facing figure -- silverish in color coin -- on the left sife by the head it starts with IMP -- on the right side it ends with COS III --(there seems to be many other letters but they are too worn to make out ,sadly)-- on the rear only the figure is left with no letters visible
