This rock is attracted to a magnet, it is very heavy.

Just my opinion, but I don't think so.
Most recent falls would have a glossy black fusion crust. If older than 15,000 years exterior could have some rust-brown areas or crust, if found in a damp area.
More telling (at least to me) is the relatively jagged edges, which would have been worn away quickly by ablation of air against the stone.
Hope I'm wrong.
