Is this a meteorite? I found in MD at Rockaway Beach today. PIX! Help me Obi Wan! ;)

It looks like it was heated to a high temp, it's magnetic (the images are of the "meteorite" on my bullion testing magnetic card which it sticks to, but only in certain spots. It won't stick when I flip it over as easily.

I also found 44 cents in clad, so it was a good day. Thanks for weighing in folks & HH.
